“Ric has been my corporate attorney and has helped me navigate through setting up a sound Family Living Trust to protect my personal assets, and also to lay out a blue print and road map with defined directions for my children in years to come.  He insures that my Corporate business structure and state requirements are up to date.  Ric has also provided me great professional services in negotiating deals and formulating contracts and business agreements which work in my favor.”

“He was the most ethical and knowledgeable attorney that I could have possibly hired to assist me through an exceedingly difficult legal process and painful personal journey.  He patiently explained every step of the process to me, was accessible when needed, and was sensitive that this was a time of overwhelming grief for me personally.”
