Mr. Bauman received his B.A degree from the University of Akron in 1978. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University, School of Law in San Diego, California in 1981 and his postgraduate Masters of Law, LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of San Diego, School of Law, Graduate Tax Program in 1999.
Mr. Bauman has tried 50 - 200 probate,, trust, court trials, arbitrations and mediations in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. He has tried some 13 cases to jury verdict in San Diego, Chula Vista, El Cajon and San Bernardino.
Mr. Bauman is certified as a Specialist in Taxation Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Less than .0016 of all 2019 active attorneys in California are certified as a tax law specialist .
