2019 REMOVAL OF DILATORY EXECUTOR. Ventura Superior Court. Filed successful petition to remove dilatory executor who failed to account to beneficiaries for over 10 years. Performed international legal research issues whether Taiwanese probate law or California Community Property Law applied to inheritance.

2018 ANCILLARY PROBATE. San Diego Superior Court. Decedent lived and passed away in the State of Washington. Washington court had jurisdiction of the probate case but Decedent left a luxurious San Diego Bay view condominium here in San Diego. Our firm successfully filed an ancillary California probate petition in San Diego Superior Court to market and sell Decedent's condominium to help close the out-of-state Washington probate.

2018 APPOINTED PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR BY SAN DIEGO SUPERIOR COURT. Qualified for appointment by San Diego Superior Court to wind down and close deceased attorney's probate and estate planning office.

2018 SUCCESSFUL DEFENSE OF FRIVOLOUS  DEATHBED WILL. San Diego Superior Court. Obtained dismissal of frivolous claim a deathbed will and trust severed a joint tenancy deed between decedent and our client. Our client awarded attorney's fees and full ownership of the real property.

2015 PETITION TO APPOINT FAIR, NEUTRAL TRUSTEE. San Diego Superior Court probate trial to appoint professional, neutral trustee rather than biased beneficiary trustee.

2014 REMOVAL OF BAD TRUSTEE. San Diego Superior Court. Successful probate trial to remove trustee for breach of fiduciary duty.  Removed trustee was fined $220,000 for property he illegally took from the trust. Client was awarded $110,000 Common fund attorneys fees.

2015 APPOINTED PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR BY SAN DIEGO SUPERIOR COURT. Qualified for appointment by San Diego Superior Court to wind down and close high volume deceased Worker Compensation attorney's office.
